BF blade is forged by the Blaise Freres factory in France. 80% of the blades in the '99 Seoul, world Championship were BF blades, bearing the name of Uhlmann Allstar, or Cartel. Mainland Fencing Equipment (Sports) Ltd. is prouded to be the BF distributor for New Zealand (Uhlmann, Allstar are the Europe distributors) which allow us to purchase directly from the factory & sell at a competitive price for a blade of this quality. All the BF blades are with German points & parts.
